Christopher wanted a couch for his fort, so he and Lexi built one. :) The other kids helped too. They are making cushions too.
This was part of our history class. The kids made some of the houses the Indians lived in. The igloo was in the freezer.
Chemistry: Soluble, the control. We learned that M&M's dissolve in water, but not oil. The colors collide when they dissolve, they don't combine.
On Sept. 22st. The Sept. Equinox ...we made quadrants and we went outside and used the sun to figure out our latitude. Which is 40 degrees. We also figured out our longitude by using the time. Which is 111.5 degrees.
We are enjoying being home this year. We are learning a lot and we are so grateful for our teacher and sister LEXI!!
